Q: How to travel ?
The venue is in the Provence countryside, so unless you’re driving, below are the some recommended transport options Nearest Airports Marseille Provence Airport (best option) — approx. 45–60 minutes by car Nice Côte d’Azur Airport — approx. 2.5–3 hours By Train Eurostar/Flight to Paris or Lyon, then TGV to: Aix-en-Provence TGV Avignon TGV Both are around 45–60 minutes from the venue by car.

Q: How do we get to the venue ?
We recommend: Hire Car - most flexible Taxi - recommend booking in advance due to peak season. We will share recommended services closer to the time. Shuttle - We will share details of group transfers closer to the time.

Q: Where to Stay ?
There are plenty of accommodation options (Airbnbs, hotels & rentals) near to the venue - the closer the better given that all events will take place there! Would recommend booking sooner rather than later as it will be peak season! Nearby Areas Lourmarin (5 minutes) - A beautiful village with restaurants, bars and plenty of charm Cadenet - The smaller but closest village to the venue, with some lovely local options. Aix-en-Provence (30 minutes) - A larger town with a wider range of hotels and amenities. NB: July is peak season, so we recommend booking early.

Q: Children
While we love your little ones, we’re planning an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to fully relax and enjoy the weekend with us.

Q: How is the weather ?
July in Provence is typically hot, dry and sunny (~33°C), with warm evenings. Don’t forget sunglasses, sunscreen, and light layers.

Q: Arrival & Departure
We recommend arriving by Friday afternoon with departure on Monday so that you can enjoy the full weekend of celebrations.

Q: Parking at the wedding venue ?
Yes - there is parking available on-site for those driving.

Q: How to dress ?
Friday: Smart, summer garden party style
Saturday: Formal summer wedding attire (lightweight suits, linen or breathable fabrics encouraged; ties optional. Block heels or wedges recommended for grass. Sunday: Casual — bbq style, swimwear encouraged if you fancy a dip! Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Most of the weekend will take place outdoors, making the most of the Provençal setting. Inside areas have air conditioning. We recommend dressing accordingly for warm weather.

Q: Food & Drink ?
Food and drinks will be provided across all events (however, if you want anything specific, feel free to bring along).

Q: Shops ?
Nearby villages like Lourmarin have small shops, bakeries, and pharmacies if you need anything during your stay.

Q: Things to Do ?
If you're spending a few extra days in the area, there are plenty of places worth visiting nearby, including Aix-en-Provence, Lourmarin, and Marseille. There are also many local vineyards to visit, and if you're travelling via the French Riviera, you could stop in Nice, Cannes, or other towns along the Côte d'Azur.
